Our Animals
Our happy animals reside on the farm and work together in harmony providing us with the fruits of their labor. We have created a self-supporting system that provides us with fresh ingredients such as eggs and cheese. We invite you to take a tour of our animals and stables to learn more.
GOATS
The goats that roam our pastures have multiplied throughout the years. They produce nutrient-dense milk for cheeses that we use at our restaurants and events. We let them out throughout the day to graze but feel free to feed them some olive branches! They love it!
BILLY OUR RESCUE DONKEY
Billy, our resident donkey has become a mascot of our farm since its inception. From the island of Mitilini, Billy found solace in our farm and was the first animal we housed. Situated right next to our goats, Billy has a close bond with the goats and enjoys roaming around with them on the pasture.
CHICKENS
We raise various heritage breeds of chickens and hens at the Farm. They are free ranging chickens eating off the land allowing them to enjoy a healthy diet to produce the most nutritious and delicious eggs. We invite you to have a meal at our farm in order to truly see the difference between store bought and free -range eggs.
STABLES
The newist and most exciting addition to our farm are our stables that are home to three horses, Adriane, Nexum and Barbie. While our horses are not available for horseback riding, they love to have visitors. The stables are peaceful and majestic.

VEGETABLE GARDEN
Our Garden works with the cycles of nature and draws from the farming practices of ancient Greece. We nurture our soil with composted materials from our kitchens and stables and we strengthen their growth by planting fruits and vegetables that are native to Greece such as eggplants, tomatoes, melons, pomegranates and figs. OLIVE GROVE & VINEYARDS
Our olive grove consists of trees that have been there for over 100 years. The perfect climate combined with our traditional methods of cultivation create the ideal conditions for our olive trees. Every year we harvest the olives by hand to make and
bottle our own organic olive oil. Our vineyard consists of -- variety of grapes. While our vineyards are beautiful to
look at, they also are very useful as we use the grapes to make our own tsipouro, the Greek digestive drink. Join us for our yearly grape harvesting where we stomp on the grapes to extract the musk as our ancestors did.
