Available for private or smaller group bookings, The Margi Farm-to-Fork experience gives you the chance to experience authentic farm life and organic Greek dining in a beautiful natural rural environment. You will dine in the open air, around a monastery table brought in from Mt. Athos The farm-to-fork menu is curated by our executive Michelin star chef Panagiotis Giakalis. Each menu is carefully selected and based on the vegetables in season. Surrounded by olive trees, vegetable gardens and animals that are treated as part of the family, you will be taken on a guided walk around the farm by The Margi’s knowledgeable agronomists, who will share their philosophy of planting their crops, which adheres to old farming techniques that are strictly chemical free. Sit on The Family Table beneath a thatched pergola and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif of “tsipouro” made from the grapes of our farm. From beginning to end, as you move through the menu, you will appreciate the simplicity of these Greek dishes, such as; fresh farm eggs with tomato, wild greens, soft cheeses made from goat’s milk and slow roasted lamb or another meat of choice, cooked rotisserie style, over hot coals. With the smells of lavender in the near distance, you will appreciate what it really means to be in Greece.
The farm is available for private tours with dining all year round upon request with a minimum consumption of 950€ for 4 persons.
